What is differences in the foam used?
Balu Organics offers 3 grades of foam. All grades are CertiPUR certified. We are now listed on the certipur.us website as retailer of certified foam
Original - Traditional Poly Memory Foam.
Premium - Soy Based Organic Foam. For those looking for an organic foam.
Ultimate - The highest Soy Based Organic Foam. This foam is green and has a higher resiliency than both our premium and original. This is truly the best foam on the market and a Balu Organics exclusive.
Please note, even though our foam is non-toxic, it is recommended that you always keep the cover on while your little one is playing. They have teeth that can bite through the foam, potentially causing a choking hazard.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can.
We usually dispatch all orders within 3-7 business days. If you need it for a specific date, please let us know and we will try and accommodate. If you need your order processed faster, we do offer Priority Processing. It allows you to skip the order queue and get your order made in 1-2 Business Days.
Balu Organics is not responsible for shipping delays. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business please email us with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to request to cancel your order. Cancellations are not guaranteed, however we'll do our best to accommodate if your order has not been processed and dispatched. You must cancel your order before it ships. Please email cancellation requests to email@example.com.
Orders that have been processed for shipment are unable to be canceled.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
No refund will be given after your order has been processed for shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary. The average shipping time is 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping service you select and whether you live in Canada/USA. We do use UPS for most shipping services and they are pretty reliable. Please note shipping to a P.O Box may not br entitled to free shipping. We will reach out to you if it exceeds the free shipping maximum.

Can I wash the ball pit? How about the balls?
The ball pit fabric cover is removable and washable. We recommend hand-washing the fabric or machine-washing only on a delicate or gentle cycle. Wash cold by itself and hang dry to prevent shrinking.
Please note the foam is not washable and we do not recommend using a dryer setting for the fabric.
For small spills or stains, we recommend spot cleaning with a moist cloth or a carpet/upholstery cleaner. Any household carpet and upholstery cleaner will do the job.
We also recommend washing all the balls just in case any residue from shipping or making them is left.
How do I put the cover back on the ball pit?
There are two ball pit covers – the fabric sides covering and the bottom round covering. Gently stretch the fabric over each piece. Each zipper will need to lie on the outermost edge before connecting together. Connect the zipper of the bottom and the side to assemble the ball pit.
Please be sure to always watch your child while in the ball pit. A child should never be left unsupervised. Please note that if a baby leans or falls over on a side the pit is designed so the side will collapse with the baby. In addition ball pit can tip over as well.
Route Protection Insurance
Balu Organics has teamed up with Route to offer tracking services and shipping protection which extends insurance for online purchases that are lost or damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carriers proof of delivery. Route Protection can cost only a few dollars enabling our customers the peace of mind in regards to their packages. This protection is automatically offered to all customers. Customers can decline the insurance but doing so the customer bears all responsibilities once Balu hands the package off to shipping carrier. Balu will not be responsible for P.O Box deliveries.
Some of the balls are dented, what can I do?
Once in a while cold air can make the balls deflate a bit. Just warm the dented balls by a heater for about 10-15 seconds and they will expand. Sometimes our balls are stored in areas such as Shipping warehouses (UPS, Canada Post, etc) there warehouses can be cold especially during the winter. This can cause the balls to deflate a bit.
